Where to Submit the application?

I am leaving for Toronto, Canada to submit the documents of my new born baby to sponsor him and facilitate his travel to Canada. Could you kindly let me know where and what type of documents should I submit. Do you have any idea how much would it take to finalize the case. Your advise would be great support for me.

1.  See: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/applications/fc.html  for the application forms.  You send the sponsorship to Mississauga that is if the child is residing outside Canada.
2.  If the child is in Canada with you then you will have to file a Humanitarian and Compassaionate application  see: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/applications/handc.html  which is sent to Vegreville.
