Hi Friends,
        I am Trishna and I am new here. I am preparing my PR file under Federal Skill Worker but the confusion is that: "In the Generic IMM 0008 Form, they've asked Visa Office requested for the process of your application" means the local office in the country. But in the checklist and on the website they've asked to mail the application to the CIO in Sydney, Nova Scotia.
Now I am really confused where to send all documents? where to submit this application? Please I need your help in this matter.

All initial applications are sent to CIO. When CIO approves (positive eligibility review), it forwards it to the visa office mentioned on the form for further processing. So send all the docs to CIO, Sydney......Mandie

Hi Mandie,
            This is Trishna. Thanks for your reply as you've made me clear. Now one more favour if you know. At present I am in U.K. I have visa upto December 2011. I will extend my visa in November. I am holding Indian Nationality. So in the IMM 0008 Generic Form if I specify my visa office as NEW DELHI, India but for the correspondance can I specify my U.K. address?
I would be thankful for your help.

        Thank you very much for your reply, you've made me clear. Thanks. One thing needs your advice regarding to Transcripts.
For my B.Sc, M.C.A. Degree I have asked university for the transcripts. But does it require 10th and 12th standard transcript. The problem is my school is closed in India. I would appriciate for your help.

You do not need the transcripts for grade 10 and 12th; but the certificates for these grades is required for your application.
