Hi Hani,

Try to visit the ff: websites

www.city.toronto.on.ca
www.apartmentcorner.com/renting-resources/short-term-apartments.asp
www.toronto-furnished-apartments.com
www.apartments2book.com/toronto.htm
www.vrbo.com/118724
www.citystaytoronto.com
alfredfurnishedapartments.ca
or you can do your search under "short stay apartment in toronto canada"

PR - at the border/airport entry - as soon as you arrived immigration officer will ask you to provide them your mailing address for your PR card to be mailed within 3 to 4 weeks.

SIN - www.hrdc-drhc.gc.ca/insur/sin-nas/download.shtml -for social insurance number application form and info
you can also visit - www.servicecanada.com

Health card (OHIP) - www.health.gov.on.ca -  Pls note of this :OHIP coverage normally becomes effective three months after the date you establish residency in Ontario. The ministry strongly encourages new and returning residents to purchase private health insurance in case you become ill during the OHIP waiting period.

Hope it helps..
