Where to start from ?

Hi,

This is Ravi from India. Currently I am working in India as a software engineer.
I am very much keen to immigrate to Canada and to work in the country.But
I do not know where should I start from. I do not have any reletive living in
Canada and do not have any job offer lined up from the country.

My first doubt is whether I should start searching a job being in India with
the help of Intentional Recruitment sites like (Monster.com etc...) and then
apply for permanet skilled visa or should I start my visa processing with out
having a job lined up in Canada. Are the Canadian software companies giving
jobs offers without having  skilled visa and if I get any offer from any Canadian
comapany will they help me to get a permanent work permit in their country.
Will I get any benefit in immigration if I have job offer from the canada.
If I have a job lined up even though shall I have to attand IELTS test for
showing my language ability?

u need to have a job offer from canada .. thats the only way from india
