I sent simplified application to CIC – London on Apr-2007, now they sent me 120 days letter to submit all the documents. Do I have to send the documents to London office again or it should be send to Sydney – Canada. The reason for my confusion is Checklist (IMM5612E) is guiding to send all the documents to Sydney – Canada!!

There was no clear instruction in the letetr received from CIC-London

I am not an expert at Canadian Immigration. The CIC website is a great (if not the greatest) resource for Canadian Immigration. Also see http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/common-questions-t13225.0.html

To London Office. Request for documents update is normally to the CIC office that will be processing and deciding your case. In your case the letter came from the London Office, so send all documents within the specified time limit to the same office.
