where to put BarCode page in application package ?

Hi All...
I am really confuse about Barcodes page..
BarCodes
when i filled test form (IMM 0008) i total 5 pages and 4th page is full of barcode having 8 blocks of barcode , so should i make it as first page of my whole application package ...?
pls help....

Have an extra copies of the pages with generated barcodes (if the 4th and 5th pages have barcodes, have a copy of this 2 pages). Place this copies on the top of your application (On top of the Generic Application form). The IMM0008 (Generic Application form) should have the complete pages (pages 1 to 5 in your case).
