Good day.

I have a contract with my company's branch in Canada and pay rolled through them and based at Egypt's office branch.

I have no family in Canada (they are with me in Egypt), and I have no properties in Canada as well.

My question, where should I pay taxes? in Canada or Egypt?

Not enough information to give a full reply but from what you have said above you are likely tax-resident in Egypt.
