HI, I NEED SOME ADVICE ON WHERE TO SEND MY APPLICATION FOR TEMPORARY RESIDENT VISA...BECAUSE AS I'VE READ IN THE BUFFALO CIC WEBSITE ON THE MAILING INSTRUCTION SIDE, THEY SAY THAT IF YOU ARE LIVING IN CANADA YOU CAN SEND YOUR APPLICATION TO CIC OFFICE IN FORT ERIE, AND IF YOU'RE LIVING IN THE US YOU CAN SEND IT TO BUFFALO. PLS. ANYBODY I NEED HELP ABOUT THIS.

Hmmm. Looks like there are two ways to be able to send applications to the Canadian Consulate General in Buffalo. So you have actually a choice and if you don't have USPS stamps, sending it to Fort Erie would be the perfect choice.
