Would appreciate if you can guide me

#to search an accomodation majorly fulfilling the following requirements

(1) Should be nearby public transportation
(2) nearby grocery stores and mall
(3) Indian (Gujarati) locality must
(4) around 800 to 1100 CAD pm rent

#to get a good mobile deal
(1) Celphone model is not my priority
(2) more minutes by paying minimum with special deals on indian calls if any

If you are looking rental accommodation as per your requirements in Brampton,On I would suggest for you try to get apartment on knightbrigde Rd /Bramalea Rd.
This location is very convenient and suitable for you ie (1) nearby public transportation(2) nearby grocery stores and mall(3) Indian (Gujarati) locality must
(4) around 800 to 1100 CAD pm rent 5) nearby walk in clinic6) nearby library and english language centre etc

For cell phone I would recommend to call BELL,ROGERS,FIDO,MOBILE ETC and ask them for good package, I think you will get better choice

Accommodation:
The neighborhood u selected - visit its nearby mall/s & look at the bulletin Boards.
If u had a relative/friend - they'd be your best guides.
Yes, as opined by the previous member - Bramlea area is good...... |
& so is any locale in Queens or Steeles till Hurontario St............... | -all in Brampton
Bovaird, Castlemore, Springdale (aka Singhdale) r new & fab......... |
For North York - u may safely look at Yonge & sheppard or Yonge & Finch area/s.

rent ranges from 600 to 1200 depending upon ur location and residence type i.e. basement or condo or apt.

they generally insist for a contract of a year but some hard work can fetch u properties wherein u need not to go for any contract (luck plays a major role) generally 2 advance rentals are a normal practice here. plus houses are almost semi furnished. so u have to buy atleast a dinning set, sofa set and bed with mattress (though some of the properties are equipped with this but u end up paying higher rent on the other side. so its one and the same.)


properties nearly by the transit, malls, convience stores have higher rents comparatively...

I would give 6 of 10 to bus services out here. Frequency is every 20 -25 minutes but I found it very difficult to understand its routes and all. Bus stops dont bear that which no(S) buses would be halting here and what are its route. they are simply blank..
