Unless you speak excellent French, Montreal should be your first choice, and a distant second Hull.

^ You don't need to take the CRNE. They have a different exam and order which is the OIIQ. Visit this thread. We're currently under processing for application as nurses for QSW. http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/filipino-nurses-applying-for-quebec-t76473.0.html
