Where to get CAIPS?????

I was hoping someone may know a reputable online service to order CAIPS notes.

I am not in Canada right now, but I would like to order the notes, but it is difficult to know which site is  reputable. I Don't believe I can order the ones directly from CIC if I am not in Canada at the time. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Any help would be appreciated.

That's true, for CAIPS notes there has to be someone in Canada to order them but this could be your sponsor, a friend or relative.  There is a form you can download to designate this person to obtain the notes for you, it's on the bottom of this page http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/release-info.asp

There is a fee of $5 to obtain the notes.
