Hi all,
I want to lodge a formal complaint against visa officer. I have been trying to search at CIC website but couldn't find any option. Does anyone here know any email contact where I can send my complaint?

As far as I've ever been able to tell, there is no accountability accessible to the public other than appeals to the IAD or judicial review (if eligible), even when CIC makes horrendous mistakes. It's a big problem, in my opinion, as officers who make bad decisions or mistreat applicants can't be held to account.

You could try complaining direct to the minister's office, but I doubt you will ever receive a reply:
