Where To Apply under FSW when your visa is going to expire

Hi Friends,
I am holding Indian Citizenship. I am in UK since 2006 and my visa validity is till december 2011. I will extend my visa in December. I want to apply under Federal Skilled Worker Category. My question is "can I apply from visa office in London,Uk ? or I have to apply from my country of nationality?"
I need your guidance please.
