Hi to all,

I am a Permanent Resident of the United States, my spouse and relatives are not residents of the US. At this moment I reside in Mexico but will go to the US without my family. I want to migrate to Canada and my question is: Where should I send my application to migrate as an Skilled Worker to get faster results or better chances of succeeding, from México or from the US?

I'll appreciate any advice you can give me. Thanks

Your choice processing times are about the same, but you submit full application to Buffalo, SAP to Mexico city.  http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/international/02a-skilled-fed.asp#west

Simplified Application Process - SAP

If you apply while you are in the U.S., you use the Regular Application Process (RAP), and you must send your application to Buffalo.  Currently for Buffalo, the entire process can take up to 30 months for most applicants.

If you choose to apply while you are in Mexico, then you used the Simplified Application Process (SAP), and you must send your application to the Canadian Consulate in Mexico City.  Currently for Mexico City, the entire process can take up to 24 months for most applicants.

The link PMM posted shows you the time frames for most applicants - 80%.
