Where should we mail out application for CAIPS?

I just checked the offical web site for applying for personal info. Is it right that all
Canadian residences apply only for FOSS not CAIPS?
I also do not know where to mail it to, Alberta or Ontario?

where is the application being processed? In-Canada, you need FOSS notes, overseas CAIPS. The instructions give you a choice where you want to mail your request.

Where did you get the address to mail your CAIPS notes? I want to mail in Ontario- do you know where to send it?

The above link is the address u can choose to mail to . I really do not know where should we mail it to.
