Where should I submit my immigration application

Hi Friends.
I have more than required points and ready to apply.
I have married to a Chinese girl, while my nationality is Pakistani. I am working for a US company in China and have legal residence permit here. Since the immigration processing time is very lengthy in both countries, where should I submit my Application, China or Pakistan ? or if there is another alternative ?
