I am from Asia but now working in Venezuela less than 1 year ( with work permit). I've learnt that processing time in Asia is longer than in Venezuela (2 time longer). Can I still apply in Venezuela ? Anyone used and happy with consulting service for application please recommend me. Thanks

If you were ADMITTED for 1 year or more, then you can apply through Caracas, although your application will take more time than normal as the CHC will have to contact the office responsible for your home country.
