Applying from Bermuda and consulate in Buffalo is responsible for Bermuda. Do we sent it to Mississauga or Buffalo Directly.

Assuming you are being sponsored as a spouse? If so then the sponsorship and the application go to Mississauga with all the attachments. If approved, it would processed in Buffalo. You MUST read the instructions carefully.
