Where do I send the federal skilled worker class simplified application?

It says not to send to the Buffalo office, but I cannot find a correct address to send the application.  Could someone please tell me where to send this.  Also, the $550 application fee, my assumption is I can use $US since the exchange rate is currently even, but I'd like to verify this.  Thank you.

Buffalo does not accept SAP applications, only the full application.

my husband finished his application last month and he got Ielts score 5.5. The Immigration here in Manila, Philippines said that they will go through his Ielts score if its ok..

How long will it take him?

3 years ago, he was supposed to go to Canada. But he didnt go for some reason.
The immigration called him last year to update his application. He was single then
He's married to me and we have a daughter..
How long will it take to finish the whole application process?

Right  Buffalo does not accept this application, but the website only tells me this-  no info on the correct place to send the application.  What address do I send this application to?

Depends where you're eligible to file the application from.

1.  What is your country of citizenship?
2.  What is your country of residence?

USA for both  I live in Dallas, TX  wanting to move to Vancouver  I have more than enough points   MBA/experience and all.

You'll submit your application to Buffalo, NY.  Here is the mailing address, etc.:

You cannot use the simplified application process for Buffalo, and you don't have a choice of sending your application to a different office.  Therefore, you must use the regular process.

You have to get through your head!  If you are a US residence and wish to submit an application, then it has to be sent to Buffalo, no other choice.  Buffalo DOES NOT accept SAP applications, they have to be the full application, there is no where you, as a US resident can submit a simplified application.
