where can i get IMM 5401 for fees

hi guys
i was woundring if i get the IMM 5401 from any immigration office here in canada
i sent to the site to provide me an origanel one by mail ,but it took so long
waiting for your answer

Yes, you can get them from your local CIC office, or you can pay fees online if you have a credit card.
