Hello Friends
I am posting this for one of my relatives. He is a computer analyst and I understand that with the current NOC list, 0213 is not there. Any idea when the NOC list would change or if 0213/similar can become open to application?

thanks for your time.

Nobody know when it is changing again or what will be on it.  The only thing known is that the caps will reset on July 1st.  A year ago when the caps were introduced, they changed the list.  Maybe they will also change it this time, then again, maybe not.

Well may be the new policy will bring  new opportunities for some but it certainly will employ as a curse upon plenty who have been waiting as many as 7 years to be cleared in backlogs... so lets pray the new policy takes a few while and by this time some of our friends in backlog could get some window to be freed and being cleared up.... The future opportunities are upcoming for some but we don't expect this to bring upon new pile of waiting load for the many in present and past... In fact given the experience of the major and profound consequence of any new NOC and policy implementation brings up on Can Immigration we should not in generally prefer the policy to be changed with just an year frequency!!!!
