Hi guys....
i just want to know when can we expect new NOC list as my class is already been capped.....so what to do now....kindly advise..

1st July 2011.
It doesn't mean that the same NOCs will be in the new list though.

thx a lot for ur reply....but can we expect Hospitality or Management category in new NOC...I've already given the fee to agent but for some reasons, i wasn't able to submit by docs....

You paid and they delayed you that much and now you missed the cap... why it doesn't surprise me? Wonder if it was their fault or they didn't care enough to notify you for the time limitation.
There is no way to know which occupations are going to be in the new list. There might be some hints in the middle of June, but you can only be 100% sure once you see them posted on the CIC site.

How likely is that NOC on 1st July'11 will be accompanied by newly proposed changes !

There have been some posts indicating there will be some changes regarding the points given by language level and work experience. Still, if you don't see it written on the CIC's official site, then don't count on anything. Smiley

well, actually it was my mistake as I didn't follow up with them since I was too much occupied in my current job...hope to see a positive NOC in July'11 as per my experience...thz for ur help..
