When will I receive my Passports(Worried Man)

Dear Forum Members
My warm wishes to all of you.
I had sent my passports on 22nd of Oct 2009 and I am yet to get them back with my tickets to heaven(Canada).
My friend got them back in dot 12 days and I have already completed 16 days.When I checked Ecas,it says Decision has been taken.
Brothers,I am worried now and I will be honest.I cannot sleep as well.
Please guide me.Is it normal or is something wrong?I am nervous and down.which is ruining my family life  as well as my current job.

Congrats man, You made it....
"Decision Made" means you are all set to go........ So don't worry and start preparing yourself.........

Secondly, It can take around 2, 4 weeks (may b a little more in some cases) to get your passport back........

"Decision Made" is very very very postive sign prvided it is after meds.....however, it is a negative sign if it is before meds or before request of pp's.......... in your case, its a very positive sign..........

One more day gone and no news about my passports
God,please help me.I cannot bear it any more.

If it is past the 30-day working period, try to email the Local Visa Office where your application was processed. If ever, they will advise you where and when they sent your passports. Same thing happened to me. My application was processed in London and they sent the passports to the Canadian embassy in Riyadh; however, Riyadh could not contact us because I did not write my phone contact details on the self-addressed envelope, which I sent to the visa office along with my passports. Basically, the passport with the visa in it just sit in the embassy for more than a month!

i had also sent my passport on 7th oct.
my local visa office is New Delhi...
what your local visa office...??

i think it will take a month to get the passport back...
i am also waiting eagerly for my visa bcz one month is completed....
