I am just wondering if there are people in the same boat as mine where:

-> Done Medicals
-> Submitted Application with Medicals, NBI, etc.
-> Asked for Additional Documents
-> Asked for Right of Landing Fee

But still no passport request....
Looks like most of the process I have read, they were asked their passport at the early stage of the application.

Is there anybody there with the same situation as mine?Huh Embarrassed

Have you tried posting your question to the Manila thread?

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/spouse-family-class-timeline-manila-visa-office-philippines-t40680.8400.html

Most visa offices do not ask for the passport in advance and only request the passport once they are ready to issue the PR visa. Manila is one of the few offices that typically asks for the passport early. For this reason I think you'll probably get better answers if you post to the Manila thread.
