Send the printed receipt to CPC-M (Address above). It is a PO box. I don't think you can courier. I sent it by Xpresspost.

Fax and scan and email a copy to the VO overseas. I would also send it by snail mail to the VO overseas that is handling your app

At least that's what LA told us to do.

ok thank you. I will do that monday. I wish we would have paid it before but we are using a rep and he told us nothing about this. Not even when he got our AOR and i went to see him last week and asked to see the AOR and there it was....requesting we pay the fee...err sooo frustrating!
