When to pay Right of permanent residence fee (RPF) ???

Hi All,

I receivede one letter asking me to go for medicals in 60 days and in the additional document list, they asked for FBI clearence in 90 days.

There is also one section advises to pay RPF.  Is this is the right time to pay this fee???  will the consulate ask once the decision is made ie., when they request passport???

Please advise.

Hi, I think it is definitely time to pay the RPRF and according to your post you need to apply for the fbi clearance and do your medical exam.. Good lucck it seems you are about to cross the bridge.. Just try to respect the deadlines given to you and if you can't send a letter or an email explaining the reasons for the delay.
