When should I fill up the Permanent Resident card application form (PR Card) (IMM 5445)? Is it instantly on the Airport during landing or prior my landing?

You don't have to do that. The officer while landing will interview you with your passport and COPR. That would be enough for a PR Card.

That's a good. But I read from Qorax thread that the following doc are needed during the Landing which included printed PR Application form (see No. 5 bellow): Can u plz clear me what should I do?

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/landing-in-canada-all-you-need-to-know-t36735.0.html

 :DHi,

I don't know why quorax mentioned about the form IMM 5545 as shown No:5.

When we landed ( me and wife) in 2009 April, I never filled such form and the officer did not ask about it.
My relatives - a family of 4 landed in 2010 September and they also did not submit the 5545.

All your details are in the COPR what you are carrying while landing and that would be enough as you are only going to "land".

I know that  form is defenitly required if any one's PR Card is expired or lost.

Seeking Quorax attention plz.

Qorax also suggested later that you don't need PR card application (IMM 54....) anymore as its made into the system and during you POE, IO can easily do it for you (All you need to provide a local address to be able to receive the PR card/s). If you go through Qorax's thread along, you will see the amendment he made. So don't worry about it.
