Hi ,,

I am 24 yr old from India. I have done electrical and electronics engineering in my undergradution and then completed my masters in telecom from Australia followed by for 2 yrs work experience in india as electrical maintenance engineer and now I am in canada as student. It has been only 2 months since I am here.

I would like to know when should I start applying for PR. I secured 68 points when I took the assessment in the official canada migration website.

Some people are saying I cannot apply unless I stay for 1 yr which I will anyway since I am here as student. But I want to know if my PR application depends on when I have arrived in canada??

And how to check if I qualify for novascotian provincial nominee? Do I qualify? how to find out? please kindly help me .

And which one to choose from ? novascotian provincial nominee or skilled worker . Which has one is better? And how much money should I show when I apply for PR. I heard that it is 10,000$ is this true? Can i borrow this amount from parents?

Please kindly help . I have lot of questions to ask. I feel this is one place where I can get answers for my questions.

Your answers are very valuable.

Thank you

Hai,

My suggestion is: Consult an immigration lawyer for further information on immigration issues.
