I get a question asking where have I or where will I send my application. I'm not sure which one to pick. Does it matter? I live in Vancouver

Depends on whether you are doing Outland or Inland. If its outland, the visa office is Mississauga & for Inland its Vegreville. Hope this helps

Yes, since you live in Vancouver and yours is an Outland application (spouse lives overseas), then you should gather your forms and your wife's together in one single package and mail it to the following address, if using Canada Post:

CPC Mississauga
P.O. Box 3000, Station A
Mississauga, ON
L5A 4N6

If you're sending your package by courier (FedEx, Purolator, UPS, etc.), then this the address:

2 Robert Speck Parkway,
Suite 1200
Mississauga, ON
L4Z 1H8

Sbrunsvik, FedEx is a courier service so they won't deliver to a P.O. Box I think (I know UPS doesn't), so use the 2 Robert Speck Parkway address instead, that way they'll hand your package straight to the receptionist at the CPC office in Mississauga.
