Hello guys need your advice when is the right time to file a resignation  we already received our PPR from buffalo and my husband is planning to submit our passport this day Im scared to file a resignation bec. I dont know if its 100% that we can received our visa. since our company policy is 1 month prior the date of resignation letter. If ever we received our visa were planning to land on june plz help tnx

Hi I am also in the same dileama, but best if at least dont resign before you get the visa stamped on your passport.I think its safe after that...and try to be in status in US even when you land in canada
