When is the passport request ?

couse my wife, rorita_76,gives me biggest headake,i have never had
now its only me and ALLAH ,no lawyer no wife helps
even CAIPs notes ,she cant find time for it,only parties and funs,i hope u understand what i am passing threw

well its been already 3 month since Ankara got my redone Medicals,so many letters e-mails,we have mailed them ,only the reply we got from them was,YOUR PROCESS CONTINUING,
how long does it take PMM,for them to finales the case,i mean their site says after Medicals,it takes 30 days to recieve PPR passport request,its been 3 months
i have been in Germany i have mailed them the Police certificate (no records)
i lived in Canada for 7 years,i hade to charges (1 withdrown,2cleared up) (no records)
what can be the reason guys,have you heard this kind of situation
my lawyer sucks big time,she cann,t do anything
is there any way except CAIPS to find out where my case stands at
is there any agencies that could have hands with embassy,and can have a contact with immigration in ANkara
i am sorry for so many questions,but i feel big big pain it hurts me so much i miss my Canada my Toronto ,my dog my cat my wife

I am sorry to hear that, have faith in God and he will help you.
if you still work with the lawyer and he is your representive, you don't need your wife, he can order CAIPS on your behalf, you will have to fill for  him an authorization letter to give him the authority to receive the CAIPS on your behalf and see it's content.

well, in my case I guess it took about 1 month not sure, but you have to take in consideration that I am a women, it is true I am lebanese, but I am a women, and as I got to know, immigration tend to do intence background check on male, specialy coming from an arab country.
It is your right to ask your lawyer to order the CAIPS, and it is his work to do so, plus it doesn't take much time from him. You have to be strong and defend your rights

Well if no one is helping you you can get them yourself but you will pay extra for it.  Ben olursam bunu alirim... Hic birsey bilmekten daha iyi bence.. You will do yourself a big favour to know what's going on.  I'm sorry about your wife's attitude but is this really a good thing for your marriage?  I know its a stressful situation but should make you stronger not weaker.. degilmi?  Neyse bu linke tikla.. you can get it for yourself

Hi guys),
i applied for CAIPS,well should recieve by August

I was just wondering ,i had my interview on 17 Spt 08,they told me to redo my Meds and  Police,
i had e-talk with PMM,he told me that it maybe takes so long couse
 1 they do my backgound check ,the charges i had in Canada,
 2 whether you bona fuy or not

the bona fuy one,would they ask me to redo my Meds or Police,if they won,t belive my marriage gueniuan ?

I dont think its avalable for tourist visa maybe PMM can answer...
