When is the passport request ?

Hi dear forumers,i understand your feelings now,i know its hard for all of us but be patiant plz. everything is going to be OK.

My question was, i have recieved an e-mail from Canadian High Comission in London,saying that they have mailed my Medical results to the Canadian Embassy immigration ssection in Ankara in March 2009,(CHC has recieved my Med. application on 25 of February ,which took them about 3 to 4 weeks to complete it),so is been already 2 months ,we haven,t got any answer yet from them .Could you be able plz. let me know -What is the prossecing time after the Immigration has recieved the Medical results,to recieve the passport request ? and How long after the passport been sent back to Immigration Canada we expecting to get it back ?
