I KNOW FOR A FACT MY HUSBANDS PR APPLICATION WILL BE DENIED AS HE IS INADMISSIBLE DUE TO CRIMINALITY. ONCE HIS INLAND PR IS DENIED I KNOW THERE IS NO APPEAL OPTION, SO WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP? HOW LONG BEFORE HE HAS TO LEAVE? AT WHAT POINT IS BEST TO APPLY FOR TEMPORARY RES PERMIT, AFTER SPONSORSHIP APPROVED OR AFTER PR IS DENIED?
