when I will receive my medical ???

Hi guys, please need ur inputs! I applied on 26 june,2011 as fsw2 on 2 Sep,2011 rcvd PER, on 23 Sep file transferd to LONDON office and since 23sep my ecas show RBVO!! What that mean they hold my file! When my ecas will change to in process, without in process I will not rcv medicals right ? Btw I never rcvd 2nd aor from visa office ! Please suggest what I should do !

Well... I think nobody knows for sure.
In my case my ecas shows IN PROCES since oct. 9th and it had RBVO status from sept. 29th, till today I did not receive my meds.
I think that there is no rule or exact timeline which the VO to take into consideration, it is on a case by case basis.

london visa office does not issue second aor as per my knowledge,,, they will straight away ask for medicals but they are quite slow, so dont panic buddy, just give it some time.....
