Hi,
My boyfriend and I have applied for common-law visa in January 17th 2011 and been successfully transferred to London on 18th Feb. We lived together in Canada over a year but have to live apart right now as I had to return from my studies back to UK. I am originally Slovakian. I am wondering when does process status change from received in London to in process (in general).

Additionally, does a month in Mississauga count into 6-9 months processing time statistics?
Thanks a lot.

Web site says 8 months for London (only) and ~38days in Mississauga.  Add the two for total processing time.

And these are estimates, not guaranteed times.
