Congrats to those who have got nominated for alberta PNP under the Alberta H1B strategic recruitment program.

Just curious, does the nomination have a validity period meaning do the selected person have to apply to CIC for next stage within a certain time to be eligible for permanent residency. (e.g. similar process like Labor clearance(PERM) in USA has a six month validity period to apply for next stage)

AINP approval letter is valid for six months from the date of issuance.

My PR application statu: Medicals done on 27th March, resubmitted X-rays on 14th July, resubmitted one medical rpt Aug & got my PPR in Nov.
