When do you get the forms for the Medical

Hi Guys,

I have a physical on Wednesday, however when will I get the form from the doctor to include with my application. I know I have an xray set for the week after and blood work as well. Would you know if I will get the document I need from the doctor. WE really want to send out the application this week.....but will I have to wait for the xray and blood as well.

I know with my husband he got his that day.  He did his xray and bloodwork in the same day though.  You could phone the DMP and ask him if you will get the receipt that day or will you have to wait for all the work to be completed.  I'm pretty sure you will get something on that day though.  Because the rest of it including the dr's report etc goes to whichever medical office corresponding with your location.  Best advice.. call in advance if you want to know.

You should definitely ask the DMP. Different DMPs around the world do things differently, best to ask them directly.

I had my exam in two parts as well. The first time I went they took my blood, did the x-ray and all that jazz and the second time I went (a week later) is when I got to see the doctor, he checked the results from the 1st visit and then I got the form that I completed the medical exam.
I would guess you will get yours on your second visit, since it's usually given when the exam is complete, not just done half way. But yeah, ask the DMP.
