hello everybody here

i wanna ask how many day need after divorce for can marry again like if i have my divorce 17 october 2009 how many day for be legal for marry again i need help pls i'm canadian living in montreal

thank you help pls as soon as possible

After a divorce becomes final, you should obtain a certificate of divorce from the court office. This document proves that the divorce has taken place and will need to be produced if you wish to marry again.

Well I answered because perhaps he/she wants to sponsor :) I'm not here to judge.. he/she will have to prove the marriage is genuine if wishing to sponsor someone.

for exampl get divorce 17 ąctober 2008 from jugde  and married 20 october 2008 that is legal?? because i heard must waiti 31 days for be legal ?? if i married 33 days after my divorce is that is legal??

No, as you know it is 31 days after the divorce for the decree to become final.  So 31 days +15 minutes, its immaterial.
