At present, they have requested for passport.
Once I send the passport, they will be give VISA.
I would like to know what needs to be done next.
At preset i have other commitments in india, hence I cannot land right away.

So when should I land, how long it will be valid.
waht exactly the VISA details will be Huh?
When my PR will become invalid Huh

Please comment.

Thanks in advance

Your Visa will be valid for one year from date of your medicals or your PP expiry date or which ever is earlier

If you do not use the Visa with in expiry date you loose it

You can land during the visa validity period in Canada and get the PR card ( takes about 45 days) and come back to India

To maintain PR status you need to live in Canada for  2 years out of 5 years

All that Ankit said is right, an advise is land within the time frame you have then return back home, it will be very hard to go through this process once agin, and don't loose this chance so you dont regret it in the future.

Or Can it be in dis continous period :
