WHY CHC ISLAMABD TAKE A LOT OF TIME, IF THEY NEVER WANT TO GRANT A STUDY VISA? Sad

No not really. It generally varies from Application to Application.

10 weeks is the process time they've mentioned on the website, and that too is on average. Have Faith! Smiley InshaALLAH you'll get it soon.

I applied on 11th October through Gerry's.
Got my medical call on 17th November.

Waiting for my visa now (InshaALLAH).
