Do i include in my general application my children who were born in canada and are therefore citizens?

yes! all family members are to be included in the form, but they are not included in the application of PR since they are already a citizen.

They will appear in your form for "additional family information" but not in the IMM 0008 immigration form.

you still have to include them in all the forms. it will be asked in the form about their citizenship anyway. what i meant of theyre not included in the application of pr was, you dont have to pay for processing fee for them. coz all family members should be put in the form whether accompanying or not...

They should not be included in IMM 0008.  Only family members who are not already PR or citizens should be included in that form (whether accompanying or not).
