What's the requirements for a U.S. Permenant Residant to visit Canada?

Hi all,
I am a Canadian citizen, currently living in the U.S. with my wife. My wife is a U.S. permenant resident (holding a green card). We would like to visit Canada.
What is the requirement for my wife to visit Canada? What other document(s) does my wife require? i.e. passport? visa? etc...?
Please advise...
Thanks,
Toledo.

She needs her US green card, see
http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/security-securite/admiss-eng.html#s1
If you are flying, she will need a passport too.

Being a US green card holder, she does not need a visa to come to Canada.
