The first notice that you will receive is the Positive/Negative Eligibility Review (PER or NER). This notice will be sent via email and/or post mail. It takes an average of 3 months to receive this notice. After PER, Nova Scotia will forward your application to your local Visa Office. You will also be provided with an application number where you can use it to track your application status online (ECAS).

The other steps are:

2. MR - Medical Request (about 3-4 months after PER, sometimes more)
3. Interview - if necessary, mostly waived
4. PPR -Pasport Request (sometimes together with MR, can also be longer after MR)
5. Visa Stamping
6. Landing

All you can do now is just wait... Grin and read informative things in this forum  Wink
