i was convicted in 2004 in uk my statutory ban was up May 2005, how long do i have to wait to reapply for rehabilitation then visa if rehab granted.

It depends based on how many times you have been caught.

You can't apply for rehabilitation until May 2010.  Rehab can take up to a year or more to approve.  You should read the following: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/5312E.PDF
