what's the ECAS status after IN PROCESS

Hi friends,

  I have sent my full docs to visa office and the current status is 'IN PROCESS'. I am waiting for my medicals.

1) When they send me the medicals is it reflected on the status.
2) How do I know if they have sent me the request ?
3) Does it come on normal post or e-mail.

Please let me know.

they dont mention anything related to medicals before  @ ecas, uill get it  thur post or first by email then thru post (hardcopy of the forms) later (max by 1week after u get email notification of the medicals).
