Whats the delay?

i can see that u have submitted your full docs to Abidjan (which is the capital of Ivorycoast, i guess, although not sure) in May, 2009 and till date not even the medical??

London CHC is very slow...... i do not think they are slow. It is the volume of applications they are processing

              That is why i am worried. They do not update my  E.Cas, but they update others E.Cases in the same visa office, so i have no place to find out about the status of my application apart from en e.mail to the office.  I have sent e.mail since 2 weeks ago no reply yet. I am really worried.  I was informed in June that my file is in process through an e.mail.  Waiting till now no more communication.

They should just let me know what is the status and i will continue my life quietly.

One other friend lost communication in the mail and wrote many e.mails and no reply until she was rejected for not sending additional documents i am just afraid to have this kind of situation.

Also they told me that it will take 18 months to complete my application, what time do they start counting the 18 months i am not sure. Is it when you  send full documents or when you put application at Nova Scotia?

Is it when you  send full documents or when you put application at Nova Scotia?= it starts since the day they start to process ur application. i know e-cas is not reliable but once it shows this message: 'WE STARTED PROCESSING UR APPLICATION ON .........'-----this is the date that u have to count the time from. so, in ur case it is probably June that u will start counting time.....

                If i am correct , it means i still 1 year and 4 months to go.  i am not sure could someone tell me when they start counting the 18 months started in the AOR. Please help.
