I have been calling these numbers for several days and they only give U the option to leave a message. I have left detailed messages and my phone numbers requesting a callback but NOTHING!!!  Cry Shocked

I applied for CAIPS notes on my husband's visa application SINCE THE FIRST WEEK OF AUGUST cos he was called for an interview. The last few times I was able to speak with someone they kept saying they didnt have my application! This is crazy, my husband's interview is in early October and is fast approaching. This is driving me nuts!!! I called the CIC Contact Centre and they say they cant help here.

Please does anyone have any other way of contacting these people? Mayb an email address or something?  Huh

Yeah, that was one of the two numbers I was calling - the Client Service Unit at 613-946-0953 and 1-800-667-6703. I finally had them call me back today and the lady left her personal number on my VM. I did call back and got her VM but I feel better now cos I can follow up with a direct phone no next week as opposed to the automated message that I am not even sure of how often it gets checked.
