My work permit expired a month ago, I didn't realize it and worked for a month.
I'm leaving Canada to USA the day after tomorrow since I found it out.
I don't know if I need apply restoration if I'm not planning to work in Canada for now.
I have two questions.
1. Could be there any problem at the airport in getting out of Canada?
2. Could be there any problem in reentry as a visitor or worker into Canada in the future?

1.  No, there is no exit controls.
2.  Well with 1 month of unauthorized work, you would be banned for another work permit for 6 months.
