Dear all

I have received my AOR 3 months ago but i am unable to get require band as i required 16 points in language. Right now i got 10 points from my IELTS result. i need to send my application till 19th February . I have registered my exam on 12 February. Kindly advice me what should i do now should i submit my application with my previous IELTS result and send my new result once i get require band.

Did you count your Points with IELTS? is it >=67 points then you dont have to worried about IELTS with 10points, its better if you have time and money you may try for best score and re-appeared IELTS examination soon, in some profession (for example: Nurse , teacher) IELTS good or high bands are good enough but if you get 67points and over you can apply and submit your documents.

if you dont get 67 points then its sure you will not eligible for PR , your application will rejected.

Dear thanks for you kind response, In my case i need 16 point in language to complete 67 points. I m hoping i will get 16 point as i have registered my IELTS exam on 12 February. But i need to send my application till 19th February. My question is that can i send them my IELTS exam result after submitting my application..

you are applicant before 26/6 or after 26/6. if you are applicant with old NOC before 26/6 then send documents and VO/CHC will request you for re-submit IELTS to fullfill the 67points and VO/CHC will gives you minimum 45 to max 60days limit, another way also you can submit written proof of language eligibility if you are with old NOC applicant before 26/6. but if you are with New NOC after 26/6 then risky to apply, in this case somany time VO will return documents and not accept those documents.

You got it!!!

Prepared for High bands to get 16points, IELTS exam is stupid if you go through descriptions and by some practices lessons, but it's not! the real time of examinition is too tough time to reach high bands in all sections.

For OLD file before 26/06/2010 applicant still VO request for IELTS and give 45 to 60days time limit. VO not give any time limit to new applicants that is after 26/06/2010.
