Good quality Envelope is the best, CIO will arrange all documents for CHC/CIO use.

find threaded envelops, its safe and durable becasue of threading in envelope.
mostly people sending using envelops or single (thin) plastic box type file. arrange as per manual instructions.

You will be requested to send RPRF much later in the process.  It is imperative NOT to send a draft for an amount that doesn't correspond to the fees requested (for example, you cannot send one draft to cover the CIO fees and VO fees).  Only send CC or Bank Draft for initial fees.  Hope that makes sense.

Hi zeenat,

yes I m submitting according to new rules, and there is no change in the points system, the only change is they have reduced the CAP which is now 500 application per category rather than 1000.

hi,
CIC has special mailing instructions in EG7 booklet:
Follow the instructions below to determine where to submit your application.
 Put the completed forms, supporting documents required by the CIO and fee payment in a 23 cm x 30.5 cm (9″ x 12″) envelope.
 On the envelope, list the NOC codes in the order of preference according to question 12 of the Schedule 3 — Economic Classes — Federal Skill Workers form.

regards,
